Instructions
  1. Combine all the mentioned ingredients except Ekin olive oil in a bowl and knead into a soft dough it with enough water.
  2. Now add the Ekin olive oil and knead it again.
  3. Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and allow it to prove till it doubles in volume (approximately 15 to 20 minutes).
  4. Press the dough lightly to remove the air. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
  5. Roll each portion into a circle of 250 mm. (10″) diameter and 6 mm. (1/4″) thickness.
  6. Prick each circle 4 to 5 times with a fork. If you wish to make your pizza in a pan on the gas, use at this stage.
  7. Bake at 150ºc for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Tips:

You can also use half the quantity of dry yeast instead of fresh yeast for the above recipe and follow the instructions on the packet.
