Wash all the vegetables and cut them in even size.
Make the batter by mixing tempura flour with cold water, if any lumps don’t worry.
Take a kadhai and put olive oil in it. Once the temperature reaches to 160 degree fry the glass
noodles and make a desired shape as shown in picture or make any other shape like a basket.
Chop the spring onions and keep it aside for garnish.
Dip the vegetables into the batter and fry them till it becomes crisp. Take it out on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
Toss these vegetables with salt, pepper and Chinese five spice powder and enjoy these
vegetables in your daily routine.
