Place a footlong on a flat dry surface and slit it into half horizontally.
Core the inner side of one half of the footlong and place it on a flat dry surface with the cored side facing upwards.
Brush ¼th of the sauce evenly on it and keep aside.
Divide the grilled capsicum mixture into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
Brush the sandwich griller with ½ tbsp of Ekiz olive oil, spread a portion of the grilled capsicum mixture over it and grill for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep aside to cool.
Arrange ¼ cup of tomatoes, a portion of the grilled capsicum, 1½ tbsp of alfa alfa sprouts and ½ tbsp of black olives over it.
Sprinkle ¼ tbsp of oregano, ¼ tbsp of pepper and salt evenly over it and top it with ½ tbsp of cheese.
Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200 c (400f) for 2 to 3 minutes.
