- 20 Grams Asparagus
- 30 Grams Corn
- 20 Grams Carrot
- 30 Grams Broccoli
- 10 Grams Zucchini
- 20 Grams Baby Corn
- 100 Grams Glass Noodles
- Ekin Olive Oil To Fry
- salt To Taste
- black pepper To Taste
- 5 Grams Five Spice Powder
- 100 Grams Tempura Flour
- 130 Ml Cold Water
- 10 Grams Spring Onion

Instructions
- Wash all the vegetables and cut them in even size.
- Make the batter by mixing tempura flour with cold water, if any lumps don't worry.
- Take a kadhai and put olive oil in it. Once the temperature reaches to 160 degree fry the glass noodles and make a desired shape as shown in picture or make any other shape like a basket.
- Chop the spring onions and keep it aside for garnish.
- Dip the vegetables into the batter and fry them till it becomes crisp. Take it out on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- Toss these vegetables with salt, pepper and Chinese five spice powder and enjoy these vegetables in your daily routine.
- Serve hot.
